Job Description

An established Hearing Healthcare Practice located in VA is seeking an ambitious professional to join our team as Director of Operations.  The successful candidate must have a demonstrated history of driving top line growth and experience managing a variety of positions including sales functions and clinical positions.

  • Driving sales opportunity creation, revenue growth and organizational development through daily active hands-on management of staff and the achievement of the organization’s key performance indicators;
  • Manage and coordinate patient schedule enhancement programs, establish and coordinate effective sales training programs;
  • Ensure that all sales opportunities are captured, coordinated and maximized;
  • Manage all employees in the region. Direct accountability and responsibility for the growth of the practices and the delivery of exemplary customer service;
  • Assisting with and implementing tactical budget and revenue plans for regional clinics; managing the day-to-day operations of the clinics in the region;
  • Working with each staff member to ensure that all revenue opportunities are captured, coordinated and maximized;participating in the selection of top talent and the sharing of resources for the region;
  • Establishing and implementing strategies to address and correct variances to key performance indicators; Constantly coaching and observing staff to ensure their development and success.
  • Some overnight travel to clinics in throughout Region; occasional travel to corporate headquarters
  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • 5+ years’ prior hands-on sales management and training experience, on a regional basis;
  • Proven marketing, sales and business growth success with/in a customer-focused business;
  • Strong understanding of financial return measures and budget/operational management;
  • Professional oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong people management and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and familiarity with other patient and business systems;
  • Demonstrated flexibility and successful integration with high-change environments and new business applications.
