Job Description

The Regional Sales Director inspires and manages a team of Territory Sales Directors to meet the needs of the customer while growing sales revenue. This position plays an integral role in the success of OneRetail and is accountable for driving area sales and profit plans to budget through leadership, organizational plans, customer service, and outstanding execution of all daily operational functions for the business according to corporate policies.

Responsibilities

  •     Lead Territory Sales Director team to increase proficiency with our professional sales process 'All The Right Things', mastering the sales script processes to be a subject matter expert on materials
  •     Train and model the behaviors expected and follow up with    frequency to drive sustainable behavior change that leads to accomplishment
  •  Continuously meets or exceeds sales and revenue targets. Monitor and manage to the regional budget and assure local clinics are adhering to guidelines
  •  Develop and maintain active management schedule necessary to prioritize activities and employee interactions with timelines that consistently meet  expectations of the role
  •  Manage and inspect adherence to daily operational policies including pending sales status items, inventory management, discounting and cash management operations
  •  Regularly review insurance and compliance processes and ensure consistency with training, verification, authorization and documentation as instructed
  •  Confirm end of day closing procedures are monitored and followed throughout the region
  •  Proactively plan and manage the business using reporting, assessing results, and developing specific actions directly related to business development and growth, consistently across all territories
  •  Consistently and effectively communicate company objectives to team through organized and scheduled communication channels and plans
  •  Manage team and ensure that trends of underperformance are formally addressed, with clear and documented performance improvement plans
  •  Measure progress in employee mastery of block schedule, morning huddle, OOW, third party, wellness referrals, physician referrals, PSP and TNS process
  •  Identifies obstacles to sales goal attainment. Takes an active role in problem solving. Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership, Territory Sales Directors,  their direct report staff and support services to consistently achieve opportunity creation and unit/revenue sales goals with urgency, diligence and patience.

Qualifications

  •    Minimum of 7 years of progressive responsibility in retail store operations, with successful multi-unit responsibility.
  •     Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to train talent and effect change. Track record of building talent. Able to balance the need of delivering a   creative experience and a profitable result.
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and familiarity with other patient and business applications.
  •  Clear and articulate in communication; verbal, written and face to face.
  •  Demonstrated flexibility and successful integration with high-change environments and new business applications
  •  Bachelor’s degree required.

Travel

This position requires frequent travel, more than 80%.
