Job Description

Healthy Hearing is looking for an experienced paid media specialist who is focused, motivated, creative and fun. The paid media specialist would be responsible for using Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to grow traffic and generate leads for two US hearing healthcare websites that currently have over 3.5 million visitors per year.

This is a full-time position located in our corporate headquarters in Somerset, New Jersey. The individual in this role would work with two small teams of highly motivated and talented professionals to ensure coordination of paid media efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation and management of PPC, PPL, Paid Social and Display campaigns and media plans
  • Develop marketing strategy and media plan for all marketing channels including cost per lead, CPM, and CPC providers as well as affiliate marketing.
  • Build and manage ongoing communication with external marketing vendors, including monitoring budget changes and performance
  • Utilize multiple media platforms to successfully deliver display, social and affiliate media to customers
  • Coordinate campaigns across 2 related hearing healthcare websites
  • Consult with editor, developers and other team members to holistically implement search marketing strategies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar field
  • Deep knowledge of SEM, including at least 4-5 years of experience in search marketing
  • Experience working for consumer internet brands with similar health-based consumer sites highly desired
  • Expert in use of Google AdWords, FB Ad Manager, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook, Google Docs
  • Previous experience with online task management tools
  • Demonstrated record of strong analytical skills and creative problem solving

Special requirements:

  • Company-paid overnight travel may be required up to 3-4 times a year for team and/or project meetings
