Job Description

Are you an experienced Front-End Web Developer with HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript proficiency? Are you a good team player who is interested in creating innovative solutions and enhancing the customer experience? Then we have an exciting open position for you.

The right candidate will develop front-end enhancements to our current Sitecore B2B/B2C website, as well as eCommerce portal. You will work in an Agile team setup where requests are refined and prioritized together with business stakeholders in a Sprint format, then developed and tested with proper documentation. You will be supported by an on-site and offshore web team with interaction and guidance from a team lead. You will also be encouraged to propose solutions that could optimize the existing solution.

  • Front-end programming through HTML, CSS3 and Javascript
  • Ensure best practices and coding standards in programming methods
  • Develop code bases and libraries supporting different business needs
  • Develop media element components
  • Create cost effective digital solutions engaging the user and easy to handle in the operational process
  • Optimize existing digital solutions (i.e. user experience functionalities and new features)
  • Ensure support for all major browsers and common devices for developed multi-site solution
  • Secure and use best practices through the development process
  • Determine front-end development and testing estimates for changes and enhancements
  • Consult and participate in the development process optimization
  • Collaborate with expert code knowledge
  • Participate in peer-review front-end code as a part of the development process
  • Participate in the hand-over process from master to finalization
  • Create test manuals for your developed digital solutions
  • Support the implementation of web applications in the web channels
  • Explore and research new technologies with technical relevance
  • May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ web development experience required
  • Strong knowledge of web development tools, programming languages, and app development
