We are fast growing hearing health care firm and are seeking a well-rounded, seasoned and up-coming matured leader to shape and build our marketing program function

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, and working closely with Sales and Operational leadership, you will manage all marketing programs and demand gen to execute omni-channel Go to Market strategy. As a director, your core objective is leading Program Managers and overseeing the execution of multi-channel, multi-touch programs, including local marketing activities, events, aligned with critical stages of the buyer journey. You will be measured on pipeline creation. In this role you will oversee the planning, orchestrating, executing and measuring of programs and events that drive engagement among while managing Program Managers to goals, objectives, and target achievement.

The Director will manage a team of program managers and external agencies in shaping the marketing strategy, building, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns with an eye towards maximizing ROI. The director will provide strategic thought leadership and working with program managers will build quarterly and annual marketing plans by different regions. Director must have ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong blend of strategy, project management, and operational excellence.

  • Regional Marketing Programs: Working with the regional program managers on the team, the Director will:
    • Oversee acquisition, customer development and retention programs.
    • Oversee development and execution of multi-channel marketing programs by leveraging competitive intelligence and customer research and working closely with Creative, Channel Managers and Sales.
    • Create scalable and efficient processes to execute comprehensive, omni-channel marketing customer experience.
    • Coach regional program leaders to create strategies and tactics that drive engagement and conversion of customers across multiple channels
    • Leverage marketing reports to track performance, execute the above at scale and optimize efforts.
    • Shape segmentation and test designs for direct marketing programs across direct mail, email, outbound phone and select digital channels.
    • Thinks holistically. Be hands-on and ability to see the big strategic picture.
    • Data-driven and proficient with extracting analytic insights to segment audiences and optimize efforts
  • Local Marketing Programs: Working with the regional program managers on the team, the Director will:
    • Develop scalable and efficient process to drive local marketing activities
    • Oversee development and execution of internal and external workshops at scale and efficiency to support regional sales.
    • Oversee development and execution of local activities such as events, health fairs and more to support regional sales.
  • Affinity Marketing Programs: Working with the regional program managers on the team, the Director will:
    • Explore and build co-branding partnerships with affiliates.
    • Develop and execute marketing plans that fosters strong relationship between involved parties and that benefits our customer base.
  • Execution and Teamwork:
    • Experience in building, managing and mentoring program managers and agency required.
    • Values personal and professional growth of team members
    • Lead multiple large, complex projects across inter-disciplinary teams including marketing, operations and sales
    • Collaborate and ideate with channel managers and program managers as necessary

    • Bachelors degree required. MBA highly preferred
    • Minimum of 10 years proven experience in developing omni-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Experience with direct marketing and traditional media such as TV, Radio and Newspaper required.
    • Experience with digital marketing such as SEM, SEO, Social, Display and more is highly desired.
    • Experience with developing end-to-end processes and work flows in a complex team structure. Six Sigma experience is a plus.
    • Strong project management skills required.
    • Experience working in a fast paced environment required
    • Must be willing to work in Somerset, NJ location

Travel Required:

  • Ability to travel as needed (potentially 20% of the time may include some weekends)
