Position Overview

The purpose of the position will be to maintain various company websites, as well as coordinating all digital activities such as email, social media and advertising.  This position also offers the opportunity to provide revenue-generating ideas and recommendations based on site’s capabilities and competitive landscape.


Includes the following; however other duties may be assigned:

  • Consistently audit the websites to ensure all correct product and content information is correct.
  • Responsible for regular updating of the websites with creative and product information to accurately reflect current product and landing pages.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and coordinate any site functionality or feed issues
  • Use web tracking tools to measure and analyze results of navigation, merchandising, creative and on-line marketing initiatives; make recommendations for improvements where appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing content calendar to ensure coordination between all digital channels.
  • Coordinate posts and content for social media initiatives; monitor, reply and report on activity for all social channels.
  • Coordinate and deploy marketing emails; assist in reporting on email performance.
  • Maintain, execute and report on advertising plan.
  • Maintain and execute digital signage.
  • Identify opportunities for improving user experience and engagement on website and social media


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Candidates with 1-2 years of corporate or agency experience are preferred.  
  • Prospective candidates are required to have strong verbal and written communication, exemplify being detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Ideal candidate will also have the ability to work well across multiple departments and independently with proactive and positive attitude.
  • Previous online marketing experience preferred
  • Prior experience with CMS tools is also preferred
  • Microsoft Office, comfortable learning and using web software is required
