We are fast growing hearing health care firm and are seeking a data champion / CRM analyst who can work in a fast-paced environment.


Collaborating closely with CRM, Program and Channel managers, you will develop targeted list of customers and prospects for direct mail, email, phone and other direct marketing programs. You will import and export targeted marketing lists, coordinate with Call Center and Clinics/territories and global resources.

  • Manage and safeguard all CRM / Customer data.
  • Apply necessary suppression standards, as required by business and legal.
  • Review data quality / conduct regular data audits.
  • Generate and review BI reports or reports from the Data cube.
  • Support team by enriching data, procured from either internal or external sources.
  • Maintain contact / do-not-contact preferences for various consumer segments.
  • Coordinate with support on service requests, change requests and incidents.
  • Develop targeted lists for various direct marketing programs from direct mail to email, phone and other targeted channels.
  • Be the steward of customer data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Pull data from the database to address business questions.
  • Communicate and educate internal stakeholders about targeted lists and how it appears in the system.
  • Troubleshoot data and system issues.
  • Working with global and domestic organizations, be involved in developing best practices to ensure data quality.
  • Participate in release demos and testing activities for global software releases.
  • Coordinate with support on service requests, change requests and incidents.
  • Perform tasks as requested.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ Years of experience
  • Experience with databases required
  • Fluency with SQL
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics highly desired
  • Experience with ERP and Power BI highly desired
  • Ability to pull, validate and cleanse the data is required
  • Good business presence.
  • PowerPoint and Excel proven experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM, Databases, MIS, Data Analytics highly desired.
