We offer you an opportunity to have a global coordinating role focused on our suite of CRM solutions. In addition, you are given an opportunity to set your own personal mark by being a functional CRM support for our Retail CRM solutions.

The job we offer

You will be given a global role of CRM Area Coordinator that covers both CRM Wholesale and CRM Retail solutions.

In your daily work you will engage with important key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring progress of prioritized deliveries, and with your in-depth understanding of Microsoft CRM, you will be responsible for:

  • Daily and proactive follow up on the support backlog, key known problems and escalations
  • Working with our global and virtual teams ensuring knowledge sharing and cross- regional collaboration, (EMEA; ASIAP and AMERICAS)
  • Responsible for ensuring that Global Support Processes and Guiding Principles and Best practice are followed by our internal and external support staff
  • Functional support of the CRM solutions and B2C solutions based on CRM Dynamics including ClickDimensions
  • Active representation of the legal entities in the ATLAS Operations Model and Change Advisory Board process
  • Responsible for Coordination of Monthly Development Release Scope, Testing, Creating Release Notes, and Demonstrating new features to our user focus group
  • Maintaining proper documentation
  • Provide ad-hoc Training colleagues

You should expect approximately 20-40 travel days per year.

What we are looking for a person who has

  • A B.Sc. / M.Sc. within IT, economics or other relevant background
  • Minimum 3 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM and preferably you have experience with ClickDimensions or another Marketing Automation solution and Salesforce
  • Have experience with data management, transformation, cleaning, and de-duplication
